About Us

River Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is a dental specialty practice that provides surgical and medical care of the mouth , teeth, gums, jaws and bones of the face. This involves treatment of the diseases, problems, deformities, and injuries to the oral and maxillofacial region. All of our surgeons are graduates of accredited schools and have completed advanced post doctoral training in approved residency programs in oral and maxillofacial surgery. We all are members in good standing of The Rock Island District Dental Society, The Illinois State Dental Society, The American Dental Association, The Illinois Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. We all hold licenses in dentistry in the state of Illinois, are licensed specialists in oral and maxillofacial surgery in the state of Illinois, and hold permits for in office intravenous sedation and general anestesia. We are certified in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. We are board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. We hold hospital privileges at Trinity Medical Center and Illini Medical Center. We are responsible for Maxillofacial trauma call at both hospitals and we are available for emergencies through their emergency departments.

Through our office and local hospitals and emergency departments we provide a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical care for both adults and children.
