Financial Information
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may also pay with cash or check. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment, is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have Dental or Medical insurance, we will be happy to bill them for their share of the cost. Your insurance may or may not offer coverage for the procedure you are having performed. It is your responsibility to find out what will and will not be covered. We will be happy to help you with this. Most insurance plans will not pay for the entire cost of your care and your policy may include limitations. If your insurance company does not compensate us with the entire fee or does not reimburse us without delay (within 60 days of the date the papers are filed), it will be up to you to make payment for the total outstanding charges. All accounts need to be paid in full within 90 days of surgery.
If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at River Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Phone Number 309-797-1770. Many times, a simple telephone call can clear up misunderstandings.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Parents accompanying a minor patient will be financially responsible for their account.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
